Canada's capital city Ottawa is located on the Ottawa River, separating Ontario and Quebec. It has the world's longest skating rink and the many national museums. Toronto is Canada's largest city, it is home to the CN tower which is the world's tallest free standing structure. Nearby Toronto are Canada's most spectacular attraction: The Niagara Falls. The city Vancouver is a beautiful city with a lot of bridges and views over the ocean. The city Montreal is a stylish island city, which owes its name to the highest peak on the island, Mont Royal. The town of Narcisse Manitoba is where snake lovers of the world unite because of the more than 10.000 snakes in this area. Two national parks cover almost all parts of the Rocky mountains in Canada, these parks are Banff in the south and Jasper in the north of Canada. The prairie country of Canada consists of golden fields of wheat and sunflowers. The ecotourism movement has a long history in Canada. One of the best trips is to the Magdalen Islands of Quebec, where (baby) seals await your adoration. Activities in Canada include hiking, kayaking, canoeing, white-water rafting, several beach activities and skiing.
